Army of the Undying does not tolerate racism or any ideology of hate. There are no exceptions. You are expected to carry this through all forms of communication related to Army of the Undying and DDO in general. This includes but is not limited to our forums, the game chat channel, DDO forums and any general chat in-game. (Any instance of slandering, flaming, or talk that is "conventionally" considered inappropriate, are grounds for removal from the guild and all forums run by the guild.) All Army of the Undying members must remember that the objective of any game is to win with Honor. Therefore Army of the Undying members are to engage in honorable conduct at all times. (If you show by your actions you are not aligned to the mission statement of the guild, you will be removed from this guild. This includes within the game setting, on our forum, or any DDO Forum.) All disagreements are to be left on the field of battle: This is not to say there will not be disagreements. Obviously unless we are a one person guild, there will be disagreements. In fact, some good can come out of these disagreements. Even when disagreeing, all members should remember there is to be no finger-pointing, no name-calling, no swearing AT each other (If you don't know the difference between swearing to someone and swearing at someone, err on the side of safety). |

All Army of the Undying members shall assist their fellow members when called upon, and should bring to the attention of the group the needs of members, as they deem appropriate. All Army of the Undying members should be ever watchful for new members. Due to Turbine's ToS about recruiting in the LFG window, guild recruitment will be much more difficult for small guilds like us. We must recruit via word of mouth and by setting an example that people want to follow. |

Each account must log in once per week unless prior notice is given. This rule does not go into effect until we hit guild level 26 and renown decay begins to set in. All members are required to sign up on the forum. You are required to post your intro of your toon/s within three days of acceptance into the guild. You are not required to make any post other than this except for keeping it updated. |
